M.A.M. College of Engineering is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and supportive environment for all stakeholders.
The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) functions in accordance with the UGC Grievance Redressal Regulations, 2012 (Amended 2023) to address grievances promptly and impartially.
> Provide a transparent and accessible grievance redressal mechanism. > Ensure fair and timely resolution of complaints. > Safeguard the rights and dignity of stakeholders. > Promote a harmonious academic and administrative environment. > Encourage constructive feedback for institutional improvement.
> Receive grievances through email, online portal, written applications, or suggestion boxes. > Examine and register complaints under appropriate categories. > Conduct fair hearings and investigations when required. > Recommend corrective measures and monitor implementation. > Maintain confidentiality of all proceedings. > Review grievances and ensure timely resolution.
> The Committee meets at least once every semester. > Emergency meetings are convened whenever necessary. > Grievances are normally resolved within 30 working days.
The MAMCE strives to ensure that every grievance is addressed with fairness, confidentiality, and respect, fostering a safe and positive learning environment for all.
The institute has an Online Grievance Redressal facility. Any aggravated student can report issues through the college mail: grcell@mamce.org
