Physical education is an educational process. It is a significant, social phenomenon of ideological, scientific methodology, programmatic and management principles ensuring the comprehensive and harmonious development of the people.

       The development if the physical education has been existence since the inception of the college. The extensive play field in 40 acres of land provided facilities for students to participate in the major game. Physical fitness is necessary for everyone to do their day to day activities. We concentrate on all round development of students.
     
      Our students achieved many awards through games and sports.  Our college sportsman and woman have been making our college famous by their remarkable achievements. The department is well equipped and sports activities are being conducted to the entire staffs and students.

        The sports committee for monitoring the physical education programme of the college has been constituted by the principal. The principal is the president and the director of physical education is the secretary of the committee. Teaching staff, captains of various teams and class representatives are also included in the committee
