  Was the Regional Research Coordinator, Anna University, since June 2006 - Jan 2008.
  Was the Anna University Zonal Sports Coordinator, since June 2004 – May 2006.

   Was a Member of Senate (Youngest Senator), Bharathidasan University, Jan 1999 – Dec 2000.

  Was a Member of Board of Studies (Computer Science Engineering), Bharathidasan University, Jan 1999 – Dec 2000.

   Was the chairman for the mega sports event “Tamilnadu Inter Engineering College Sports (TIES 2002)”, which is an Olympics for the Engineering Colleges in Tamilnadu – Students totaling more than 10,000 from 98 Engineering Colleges participated in the 22 days mega events – Includes all the games and field events except for cricket.

  Has been Chief Superindent for university examinations for 8 times.

   Has conducted Teacher Training Programme for teachers.

  Has Guided 99 B.E. Projects and 37 M.E. Projects, many of the guided projects have won lot of awards.
