The department of Computer Applications was established in the year 2009. The major asset of the department is well - dedicated and experienced faculty members who strive to impart quality education to the students to become eminent effective and dynamic energetic software professionals. The department encourages the faculty members to undertake research activities and professional growth of students. All of our faculty members completed their Master's degree and Two of them are pursuing Ph.D. The average experience of our faculty is above five years. Besides, the retention ratio of the staff members is effectively fair. The course offers several areas of specialization as an elective paper with advanced curriculum that has been developed and delivered by experienced academicians and industry professionals. This helps the students to abreast with market world challenges.

The teaching is done through wide lectures and other teaching aids and methods such as LCD and OHP. The academic coordinator continuously monitors student's progress. Every individual is assessed based on his assignments, test, project work and examinations and the report is sent periodically to their parents.
